Swapnil Saundarya decade of Action 🦋 Striving for people..planet and peace

Our world is increasingly feeling the pressures of population growth, resource scarcity and climate change. In response to these challenges the UN launched the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2015. The SDGs are a set of 17 goals with 169 targets linked to them.

The SDGs provide a framework for society to take action and drive change. We aim to play an important role in achieving these goals through our unique 10 years digital campaign titled as Swapnil Saundarya decade of Action for SDGs 🦋 launched on 27th of April 2020.

The SDGs are a shared vision of a world … the “vision piece” of the globalization puzzle.

The 169 Targets underpinning the SDGs are 169 ways of explain how no one is to be left behind. These 17 Goals and 169 targets – for which indicators exist and monitoring systems are being set – form the basis of a new social contract between the world’s leaders and their people.

2030 Agenda includes a commitment to leave no one behind. That is why we need to work together to find solutions that are sustainable and durable, and that recognize our interdependence – with each other, and with all life on Earth.
